This book is for all the students aspiring to make the grade in the CA Final Examination. To become a professional, the aspirants are in search of a reliable training aid that equips them with the skills expected of them by examiners. For a significant number of students, this search is intense insofar as Financial Reporting (Paper 1 of CA Final) is concerned.

The subject of Financial Reporting is both interesting and easy to understand. It has immeasurable utility value in day-to-day commercial activities. Statistics on performance of students in the past examinations show that the scope for registering a high-score in Financial Reporting is immense. In turn, a good performance in this subject buttresses the ability of students to perform better in the examinations in other subjects that follow. Considering the self-study needs of many earnest students – particularly those who do not have an opportunity to strengthen their capabilities by attending class room coaching — this book has been thoughtfully designed to incorporate contents that are as lucidly illustrative as possible.
