He feels the system needs a complete overhaul to survive and that the halfhearted steps taken from time to time do not serve any purpose except being short-term jugaad. The book examines the diverse aspects that contribute to the pendency of cases in the Indian judiciary and discusses several mechanisms that can be used to solve this problem, including the use of technology in justicing, which he feels would reduce or even eliminate the shortcomings of human agency in the judicial system. Adv Prakash Mehra –
Just finished reading this book rather a PhD thesis and was pleasantly surprised by the tremendous research done by this author in bringing out the problem of pendency that plagues the Indian judicial system which everyone just only talks about for so many years but nothing done at all, this book should be given to law ministers and all judges to stop discussing and follow some suggestions given in this book.
